Terms & Conditions for wholesale
1. Minimum Order Requirement:
All wholesale orders must meet the minimum order quantity of 20 items per product.
2. Private Labeling:
Private labeling is available for an additional fee. Only minor customizations (e.g., scent names or small taglines) are offered. Clients requesting fully custom labels are required to purchase blank products and handle labeling independently.
3. Production and Turnaround Time:
Production begins after payment is received. Standard production time is 7-14 business days, depending on the order size and customization needs. Rush orders may incur additional fees.
4. Curing Time (For Candles):
Candles require a minimum curing time of 1-2 weeks. Orders can be shipped sooner, but we recommend waiting the full curing period for the best performance.
5. Shipping and Delivery:
Shipping costs will be calculated and included in the final invoice. Blk Rose Self-Care is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
6. Refund and Cancellation Policy:
Wholesale orders are final sale. No refunds, returns, or cancellations are permitted after production begins.
